EUROPHILE
Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used by the EUROPHILE website. The current public experience is designed without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Effective date and last updated: 17 July 2026
1. Who operates the website
Stockholm IT Academi AB, Org.nr: 559337-9141, Stockholm, Sweden operates EUROPHILE and is responsible for this policy. Contact hello@europhile.io with questions.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, software development kits and identifiers stored or accessed through a browser. Some are necessary for a service to work. Others support preferences, measurement or advertising and may require consent.
3. Our current approach
The EUROPHILE application does not currently set cookies or use local storage for advertising, behavioural profiling or analytics. We do not use third-party advertising pixels and do not track visitors across unrelated websites.
4. Strictly necessary technology
Our hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technology when needed to deliver the website, balance traffic, protect forms, prevent malicious requests or provide a security challenge. These technologies are used for service operation and security, not advertising. Their exact duration depends on the security event and provider configuration.
5. Privacy-friendly website measurement
EUROPHILE sends a limited set of first-party events directly to our server, such as a page view, selected path, language change, invitation prompt or completed request. This measurement does not use a cookie or persistent visitor identifier. It records the page, language, event label and referring host where available. It does not store an IP address with the analytics event.
6. Current technology register
- Advertising cookies: none.
- Cross-site tracking cookies: none.
- Analytics cookies: none.
- Preference cookies: none used by the current public application.
- First-party cookieless analytics: enabled unless a supported browser privacy signal is active.
- Strictly necessary provider technology: may be used only when needed for hosting, delivery or security.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
The analytics client respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. When either signal is enabled, the browser does not send EUROPHILE analytics events.
8. Consent
Because the current application does not set non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is shown. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will provide clear information and request consent before using them where required. Refusing optional technology will not prevent access to the essential public service.
9. Browser controls
Most browsers let you view, block and delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect security or future signed-in features. Browser help pages explain the controls available for your device. Deleting cookies does not remove server records that are governed by the Privacy Policy.
10. Preview and development environments
Protected preview deployments may use authentication or toolbar technology supplied by the hosting provider for authorised testing. These tools are not part of the public production experience and may set necessary cookies for access control or collaboration.
11. Changes and contact
We will update this register when the website begins using a new cookie or similar technology. Material changes will be explained before optional technology is activated. Questions can be sent to hello@europhile.io.
